About to make this trip to Mississippi St for a scrimmage.
Question:
I thought it was announced that KC was going to be quitting basketball due to his injury. Why is he still a part of the team?
Haase said he will remain a part of the team but will not play.
Because Haase doesn't kick him out on the street like a former coach did?
Davis kept Jeremy Mayfield and Todd O'Brien on the team when it was obvious that they would never play.
KC is going to be a student assistant coach and is going to remain in school until he graduates, helping out the team.
So he won't count against our roster total?
No he will not count against the total. It will be a medical hardship.
Has anybody heard anything about this? I'm really curious as to how this team is going to look this year, especially early on.
