Interesting, using the sand volleyball courts for other things. Running, etc in sand is hard.
Just glad they didn't make them wear the beach volleyball outfits.
They were actually doing sand training with the other strength coach, as well. Other UAB sports also use the sand for training, including women's basketball...

Last year when they were on the Texas coast, they posted pictures of sand castles they supposedly built. This year, more work in the sand.
