Hopefully, these will be wins:
Northwestern State
FAU
FIU
UTSA
Southern Mississippi
That is 5. Then win 1 out of 3 against Marshall/MTSU and ECU.

Easier said than done, I know.
It's possible.
Do you really have to add the ">>>>>" just to make your threads stand out?

And in reality, there's already a thread where people are discussing the schedule outlook that this would have easily fit into.
I hope the NCAA clears Humphrey soon.........3 very good WR's at once would be kind of cool!

If I was trying to make my post stand out, I would do it like this:
********* Still holding out hope for 6-6 *******
I can leave the >>> off though........didn't mean to annoy you.
If we're just talking about hope, I'd hold out for 13-1.
The 2 Florida CUSA teams really stunk it up. I know Stockstill does a nice job at MTSU, so that one will be tough. ECU can be kind of goofy at times. I hope the NCAA does not drag their feet too much longer with Humphrey.
yeah! that's the spirit! halfway almost mediocre!

I agree. We also beat Marshall last year. Although, it will be tougher playing them at their place. I agree with Smaug though, definitely hoping for 13-1.
6-6 is still a lot better than 3-9.........as long as we make improvement as a program, I won't be too disappointed. By the way, it's been 9 years since we've finished 6-6 or better........got to crawl before you can walk.
Correct. 6-6 should be the benchmark for this year. I'm leaning toward 5-7 based on what I saw last night coupled with years of historical trend.
5-7 is what Drew picked, and he has been pretty close on most things. I pay a lot of attention to AttallaBlaze too, and he still thinks at least 6, which makes me optimistic.

Youngster, AB has predicted 7 & 5 or 6 & 6 for as long as I can remember on BT. 03-shhhh
03-lmfao 03-lmfao 03-lmfao
And, so do I...... GO BLAZERS!!!

Agree with that!
CUSA just does not look that tough this year. Even Tulsa looked awful against Bowling Green. Louisiana Tech looksto be off a little bit too. Marshall and MTSU looked pretty good. I agree with ATTALABLAZE, that we have a legitimate chance in every CUSA game.
I forgot about Rice. They look pretty strong. I did not see them, but somebody said North Texas looked pretty good. I know we can't put too much stock in the 1st game anyway. USM had a whole bunch of TO's which stunk their game up.
Don't make me smite you my son...... ;-)

Alright.

So please...do tell. What are their purpose other than to make your threads stand out?
I've never given it much thought.......it was just my style of writing. Also, if I was intent on making my post stand out, I would either:
1. Post something very controversial or
2. Post in BOLD letters, like some others do (which I kind of like, since I have very bad eyesight).

To each their own, I guess.
