Redskins had a lot of LB activity yesterday. 3 LB's waived, 1 placed on injured reserve. None of them included Marvin.

Hope springs eternal...Come on, Marvin! Lay the smack down on a couple of RB's in practice or the next preseason game...I want to see you playing on Sundays!!! He is so damn close now!
Judging by playing time in their 3rd preseason game (the "dress rehearsal" game) Matt McCants has to be nervous.

Matt McCants (3 snaps, 8%)
Michael Jasper (3 snaps, 8%)
Bryant Browning (1 snap, 3%)
I think I read an article where they had him even playing center.
It will be tough to make the cut if you aren't getting any snaps.

He's got the story out so fast sometimes that I wonder if he's not the waiver wire or writer of it himself & they're quoting him & he's just linking it from them
Last night:
Marvin Burdette 3 tackles, 2 solo. Not sure it will be enough but I'm sure pulling for him... At the very least to make the practice squad.

Matt McCants cut by the Giants today. He is still practice squad eligible and could be signed to the PS after he clears waivers.
Marvin Burdette is expected to be cut today as well.
Chris hubbard is likely to be cut and stored on the practice squad, but has a slight chance of making the 53 man roster.
Vikings just cut Stephen Burton. Webb's odds of making the team are looking pretty good right now.
