QB Showers saw some time during the scrimmage today. I have to say that I didn't have really high expectations.
BUT....
He was 9 of 15 completions today, threw for 150 yards, and had 2 TDs. This tells me he is having sharp performances.

Cautious optimism building.

I think this guy is going to be good. According to him, he was supposed to be the starter until Coach names Johnny football the starter at the last minute.

Anyone who was competing for the job with Johnny Football must have a ton of talent.
