Too bad the writer was confused between FBS and FCS level. He referred to FBS when he meant FCS and FCS when he meant FBS. ODU & App St are FCS this year but not eligible for the playoffs. VMI is FCS and FCS has 63 scholarships and FBS 85. He has it reversed.
