I think Casper is a JC. If that is correct it seems a step backward for someone who was so highly rated based upon her high school career.

Casper College is indeed a community college. The University of Wyoming is the only four year college in Wyoming, a fact I learned when I went to Laramie to see the Rockets top the Cowboys last year.

Having sit out last year, I doubt that she was interested in sitting out next year as well which probably helps explains why she chose a JC.
The way some people on this board were hyping her, she should be a dominant JC player---but of course only time will tell. In any event, best of luck to her.
