Concern level should be very high since we can't see in the picture if the basket it is in has wheels or not. We need to determine whether or not it could possibly be rolling.

It's the old training room. If you go in that tunnel where the players come out its the first room on the right. It was actually used by the football team before we the new state of the art training facility was built across the street. Right next to the beautiful weight room. If anyone has not seen these two facilities you need to go check them out.
