Any predictions on the Pirates v Savannah State tomorrow nite in the first round of the CIT? Anybody else on here going to the game? Got my tickets ordered yesterday and will be pulling for the Purple and Gold.
My prediction:
Savannah State is a very good defensive team which will make for an interesting first half of basketball. I can see Savannah State getting an early lead as it seems the Pirates come out flat in many games.
I think the Pirates regain their composure and go into the half with a small lead. I think the Pirates start knocking down the threes and break out on a run in the second half and go up by double digits (15-20 points), but by the last 2 or 3 minutes of the game, Savannah State will cut the lead back down.
