Great workout by the BLAZERS this morning.
I feel like last year there was a schism between the younger guys and the older guys being that the younger ones were more willing to embrace the coaching change and buy into McGee's plan. It's good to see that they are coming together.
Most coaches make their biggest improvement between the first and second year. This is not only due to scheme changes being fully implemented, but also to mental aspects such as the team's cohesiveness mentioned here. It's a similar dynamic to a team making its greatest improvement between the first and second games of the season.
