Wow. An NFL gig. Good luck coach B!
Good for him!
Hope they don't poach any of our commitments.
Stache sure does know how to pick em...2nd coach to go to the NFL. I hope he's just as good at reloading. What do we know about the two replacement assistants he's brought in?
I think the guy from WKU was their head recruiter.

I imagine Blevins ties to Christophel had a lot to do with him getting this job.
Bump bump bump...another one bites the dust.

The connection is deeper than that. Amos Jones was an assistant at Mississippi State when Blevins was a GA. Jones is one of Bruce Arians' most trusted assistants, so the relationships are connected. Also, the Christophel connection and the fact that Blevins played at UAB with Arians' son Jake helped.
The author forgot to list Wilson, our OC who went to the Indianapolis Colts before the ink was dry on McGee's contract. I wonder how this turnover by "hiring away", NOT being fired, rates with other "one year" programs? Let's hope McGee has a long list of good assistant coaches to replace all we have lost.
Good for him. It's nice to know we have people good enough other folks want them for a change.
If anything, having coaches hired to the NFL and bigger programs may make hiring good assistants easier. McGee seems to be well connected and well thought of, and to have an eye for talent.

Best of luck to Coach Blevins.
Good luck, Coach B!
The few thousand bucks we save with unfilled coaching positions could be put to good use.

We cannot announce the assistants until after the signing day because Western Kentucky may pick them up.
