"Park West Update
Bleachers for both the soccer and track & field stadiums, the asphalt base for the Olympic-quality track and concrete on Kyle Seale Parkway are major projects to be completed this month at the new Park West Athletics Complex. General contractor Bartlett-Cocke projects July 15 for final completion of the new $25 million facilities. The fan amenities building and unique two-sided press box also are nearing completion. The press box will view soccer on the east side and track & field on the west, all from a single building. The fan amenities building will include the ticket office, concessions and restrooms. The 60-acre Park West Athletics Complex is located on Kyle Seale Parkway between Loop 1604 and Hausman Road."
