EAST CAROLINA
HOME – ODU, VA Tech,FAU, Southern Miss, Tulsa, UAB
AWAY – at FIU, at Marshall, at Middle Tennessee, at Tulane, at NCSU, at UNC

I like the Pirate's chances this year. It's never too early for a prediction, so I'll say 7-1 in conference, 2-2 OOC with wins over ODU and NCSU.
ODU will be interesting.

MTSU will be interesting.

VT, NCSU, UNC will be VERY INTERESTING. See if fixing our D can really bring us closer to getting it done. Also NCSU will have a new coach.

Tulsa and Marshall will be tough conference games.

I will also be interested to see if USM can rebound from last year.
The thought that we are forced to play FIU and MTSU away...makes me sick. Damn..I hope something happens to avoid this mess.

Nov. 30 - *at Marshall (10-4)

I think the schedule sets up nicely.
3 games at home to start the season.
I'd expect to be 2-0 going into the Va Tech game with some momentum.
A BYE week before UNC which gives us time to recover from the Va Tech game and prep for the Holes.
2 winnable games away at MTSU and Tulane before coming home to take on the Eagles. Then another BYE week to recover.
Another winnable game at FIU before coming home to take on CUSA Champion Tulsa and UAB in back to back weeks.
A short trip down the road to Raleigh to take on the Pack. Very conceivable we could be sitting at 8-2 or better going into the NC State game.
And then a good road trip to Marshall a week later to end the season.

If the defense is much improved and the offense continues to function with Carden next year, this schedule and the way it is setup is conducive to a 10 Win Season and another CUSA championship.
should b e able to do well.
What will two season tickets cost me?

I'm pretty sure the packages (prices) will come out around mid to late February.

Upper Deck vs lower level near the endzones.

Gonna be a decent home schedule this year. I know some wouldn't be too excited about playing ODU, but I'm really lookin forward to that game.
I hope there are some night games in September!
