Good afternoon. As of yesterday afternoon, I was given clearance by the head lady in charge of the Office Of Student Media (Blazeradio) to do the periodic sports program, "Unleash The Dragon"...A date for the premiere has yet to be set and there are still several items of interest to be acquired for the show. One of them is the segue music to use between segments and commercial breaks.

I'd appreciate some suggestions, here's what I've got listed so far as desired selections:

(by song and artist)
Cult Of Personality - Living Color
Kashmir - Led Zeppelin
Heart Of The City (inst.) - Jay Z
Frankenstein - artist unknown
Wide Receiver - Michael Henderson
Hang Time - Eric Essix
Hard Work - John Handy

....thanks!!!!...

Thank you, "Lizard!"...I'm writing these down on my list as I go.

Much obliged, "BE"...Is there some controversial, disturbing overtone regarding that number that I may not be aware of that inspires your lack of advocacy for it?
No its a good song, I like it. I misunderstood your orginal post and I thought it was the intro music.
How heavy do you want to get?

Seek & Destroy - Metallica
Hangar 18 - Megadeth
South of Heaven - Slayer
Unsung - HELMET
Thunderkiss '65 - White Zombie
Humpty Dance - Digital Underground
Today was a Good Day - Ice Cube

This is fun...
"Surfing with the Alien" - Joe Satriani. I always thought it would be great bumper music.

Oh, I see now. No, it wasn't meant as the primary intro/theme, looks as if that distinction might go to "BlazerMatt's" suggestion. Haven't had a chance to sample them yet on YouTube. I will before the day is through, though. I really appreciate this fascinating feedback.
BOC Godzilla:

Always liked the final riff on this as segue music (skip to 2:57):
