I don't think JP has played. I rewound to see the last 3rd and 1, and it was AB. Was it earlier?

good
It was. It was in the first quarter.
We could have used him last series on 2nd & 1, 3rd & 1, & 4th & 1.
One of these isn't the same. McGee's decision is very simple in my opinion.

Today, when he has had time(which has been surprisingly often) Brown has reminded me of these QBs at Arkansas. He stands in the pocket and is working on getting through his progressions. He isn't perfect, as he has missed some throws, but I can see what McGee sees in him for this system.
When he is healthy.

He appears to be more healthy this week than he was last week.
McGee wanting to play an injured Brown over Perry tells me all I need to know about his opinion of Perry at this point.

Sure, but it should also tell you about Brown. Even when he is performing poorly, McGee has praised the fact that AB says the right thing and asks the right questions every time he comes to the sidelines. That says to me that when our OLine matches Brown's brains (and he's healthy, too) next season, the outcome is going to be pretty special. Of course, he could be outplayed and outknowledged by someone before then.
Oh well...
Does Brown even know what just happened? He looked drunk on the sideline while Stache was giving him the third degree.
There lies the question we all have about Brown. His decision-making is consistently horrible.
Well, here we go
PERRY!!!
I WANT THE 3rd STRING! I never said that
