Looking forward to a road trip to La Tech more than others, as thinking the tailgate menus will revolve around etouffee, gumbo, and jambalaya.

That's food heaven and a heart attack all in one trip. Would love to face off against a local cajun cook to see who can put out a better spread. Don't hate.....can make and use a roux with the best of you. Looking forward to the rivalry!

Don't get me wrong, we have a few cajuns and a lot of 'cajun food' but being in the northern edge of Louisiana, we have just as much Texas BBQ influence as we do cajun food.

Either way, the beer will be flowing and good vittles will be all around you. Stop by, say hello, be prepared to lose the football game, and all will be gravy! :)
Have attended outstanding tail gate gatherings at SoMiss and ECU, LaTech will have to match up to those standards. Welcome to CUSA!
No more trips to the west coast for you guys.
