I'm pretty sure most people still just get those family pass season tickets... not in the area anymore, but buying a 4-pack of season tickets was always cheaper than buying 4 general admission tickets like five years ago.

Also, you must not have visited Disney or Universal lately. I don't know how families can afford that. Ridiculously high prices.
Is grade school out by then? The only time I've REALLY enjoyed myself there was before schools were let out. Eff those long ass lines!!

I have never visited either. I know Disney is expensive, I just don't know how much it costs

Not missing much, outside of screaming bratty kids, parents yelling at their children and goofy lookin' characters scaring the **** out of kids.
One ticket for one park is about $90 a day. And if you're a kid 3-9, you get a sweet discount and only need to pay $84!

I have learned that people will pay anything to do what they want. That's why places like GA can charge what they charge. Pay tons of money to walk through the door and then spend hours upon hours waiting in lines under the baking sun and humidity. People will spend hundreds of dollars to take their kid to one baseball game. It takes all kinds to make the world go 'round.
Save your money and go to Cedar Point.

+1

Cedar Point is, by far, the best amusement park that I've seen. Hard to beat a park that has the best coasters, a great water park and it's right on Lake Erie. You can walk right out of the park and onto the beach. Great place!
