First of let me say hello to any CMU or Mac fans and please let's have civil and insightful discussions about the exciting game this weekend. This will be the first series of the year for both of our programs and I along with many others down in Troy are looking forward to it!

So can any of you guys tell me a bit about your program and how you guys did last season? We are coming of a 43-19 season and return some great pitchers including a first team All-American. We also are a team who is traditionally great at power batting and should be no different this season.

Finally I want to ask do any CMU fans plan on attending any of the four games? I don't really expect anyone to because Michigan to Troy is one heck of a trip unless you plan on spending the weekend in Montgomery for some sight seeing or Casino time.
And if anyone is actually coming I can point you to some points of interest. Not like there is anything interested in the country anyway but there are a few great places to eat and party.
Try the scout board.
Isn't scout a pay site?
The MAC plays baseball?
Some actually play baseball very well.

I'd say it's more like one actually plays baseball very well. the rest of us just sit around waiting for football season to start!
Well.......03-lmfao

Maybe I should just hang this one up until Thursday and try again? I scanned over CMU's schedule last year they didn't do to bad and beat some Big ten teams.

The problem is that the Big-10 is pretty bad at baseball...

I also would not worry too much about getting slammed here unless you are from a school that has a bad history here or if you start slamming MAC schools. Otherwise it isn't usually that bad.

Your zeal for baseball is duly noted. However, I think you're in rare company.

Agree . . both the MAC and the SBC boards both treat fans of other schools well unless that fan is there to be an azz. 04-cheers
Toledo (picked to finish 2nd in the MAC West behind CMU) beat WKU 5-2 to start the baseball season on Friday!!!

Troy is traditionally a baseball powerhouse. We love our baseball because of it.
