I had San Diego State confused with Fresno State. I'm a little disappointed.
Why? We're better than Fresno State in every way.

Well you never really here of mediocre teams in football like SDSU. On the other hand when you are as bad as Memphis its hard not to get noticed.
Wow, first day with memphis in the Big East and already the memphis posters are bringing the CUSA hate-fest to the boards.

I guess you missed those threads titled "Why Memphis?" and "Does this conference even care about football?".
Please understand, we've had a chip on our shoulder since being passed over in 2003 and have been on defense for preceding nine years. Also understand, we're in the middle of SEC country and have to answer to their homers EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. When you pick at us we'll pick back, some are just a little more blunt than others.
Personally I've felt most of this board has been welcoming and receptive, I look forward to getting to know everyone, but there's a couple jerkasses and we have jerkasses of our own that will respond with the same idiotic rancor.
And for the record, I found the Fresno/San Diego jab to be rather clever. :)

No I would give a Orlando a little more credit than that. They at least have all the theme parks and tourism. It is more like confusing Miami for Jacksonville.
