The Bears could have used him this year, but those geniuses released him thinking that they would be ablr to pick him right back up. Dumbarses. Cincy took him away, but i hadn't heard that they let him go.
Bengals went with Dalton (and you see where that went), releasing Fev, who was picked up by the Jags.
