I saw this question asked on the Rivals board, and the first thing that hit me... was "Replace the current Athletic Marketing Dept".
Ever notice the good ideas come from the fans and the Ath. Dept only tags along after the fact on some of them?
Someone name me one great thing the Ath. Marketing dept has done in RG's era? Cause I'll be honest, I'm drawing a blank.
