It might sound far fetched, but a friend of mine heard a story on KSL-TV last night about the Aggies possibly being targeted for the Big East...
Apparently, since negotiations fell through with BYU... the Big East is now talking to a few possible replacements for the BYU spot, including the Aggies!
I actually think the Aggies would be a good fit for the new western division of the Big East... playing conference games with Boise State & Air Force, among others.
I did a few google searches, and an found a couple articles/links... but nothing really solid. Here's one:
