A little FU from the Big 12-2 as aTm leaves.
Well, aTm gets the last laugh, IMO. Big 12 isn't much to be proud of comparatively.

If that atmosphere in College Station translates to SEC games there, they'll be a VERY welcome addition.
What else is new, bad refs!!!
If the crew that awarded Syracuse the extra point they didn't earn is still working, the Big XII has nothing to complain about...

That crew worked the Backyard Brawl last weekend btw...

If one blows up the image above(and I apologize for not providing a better one), it's pretty clear that the Aggie player hit the UT player on the side of the facemask and turned his head. That is considered targeting and a personal foul. Do I agree with all the new rules changes? No, but they are the rules.
Meh. He pulled up. The WR didn't even ask for a flag. If it's something close, on a pivotal late game play, I don't care who you are, you're begging for anything that can help you out. Texas' WR shouldn't have bent his head down and it wouldn't have gotten hit. Don't care about the rules. Refs shouldn't decide the game. They did.
cases of bad reffing on the increase!!!
Technically the refs are in the right. It's in the rulebook. The player did something the rules state should not be done. If it's a penalty, it's a penalty, and that's no matter if the game has just started, or is about to end. A violation of the rules should be called, whether it has an effect on the outcome or not. Otherwise, why have rules in the first place?
