Alfred Koroma's goal in the 89th minute of the US game today was absolute class. US win their first game 3-0 against the Czechs. Great start.
I saw about 35 minutes of the U.S. U17 game. I liked the passing and the finish on that second goal. Youngsters played pretty well.
They lost to something called Uzbeckistan yesterday. Everyone in that group has 3 points and plays at 7EDT on ESPNU. Should be good watching before the Gold Cup final.

Koroma needs to make his mark on this game. He is our best player by a wide stretch and he's been largely invisible for the first 30 minutes.
I wish McIntosh was 3 inches taller. He's got good skill for a 16 yr old keeper.
