I know what day they play will depend on whether they finish 1st or 2nd in the group.

according to this, if they finish first in the group they will play on June 26th (Saturday) at 2:30 PM EDT/1:30 PM CDT. If they finish second they will play on the 27th (Sunday) at 10 AM EDT/9 AM CDT

Heck, I'd rather finish 2nd and get that extra day of rest.

If finishing first and getting a day less of rests means avoiding Germany, I'll gladly accept it.

Ugh...What a pathetic match (and WC for that matter) that was.

Get Ghana in the R16, then Uruguay/SKorea in the quarters could be the best draw we could possibly get. would be tough but better than Germany/Serbia and Argentina.

Again, I have no idea why anyone would want the US to play an African team. We don't fair well against them.

I'd rather play Ghana than a physical Serbia or a disciplined German team. All would be difficult, but Ghana would be my choice. Now lets put a goal in the back of the net in the second half.
