I told him at halftime that he better not let the locals know he was at Bartow or he would get recalled by all those Bammers. He laughed and jokingly said don't tell anyone. Walt is regularly at UAB basketball and football games, so I wouldn't call him a special guest. He is a UAB alum and former football player, so he is one of us.
The bammers need a UAB grad to keep them under control.
Well, somebody has to be smart enough for that to be accomplished...

Walt gave up a trip to Atlanta to watch the turds play Va Tech, on Juniors private plane to stay and watch the Blazers play football this past season. True UAB man.
