Louisiana to Host New Orleans Hornets Preseason Game

TICKET SALES BEGIN MONDAY, SEPT. 13 AT NOON
LAFAYETTE – The University of Louisiana Athletics Department and the National Basketball Association’s New Orleans Hornets are teaming together to bring the excitement of professional basketball to the Cajundome in October.
On Saturday, Louisiana Director of Athletics Nelson Schexnayder officially announced an agreement to hold a preseason NBA game that will feature the New Orleans Hornets and Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday, Oct. 16 in the Cajundome at 7 p.m.
Ticket sales for the event will begin Monday, Sept. 13 at Noon. Tickets will be available at the Cajundome Box Office (337-265-2100) and all TicketMaster Outlets.
